Hair Products

Damn I just pulled an eyelash out. Estee Lauder mascara = no good. It's too clumpy. Why is it that Dior is the only one that does it for me?

I'm gonna keep tabs on what products are good and what aren't for hair...so here we go.

So my hair is damaged (I'm gonna force myself to get a haircut after class today) and I decided to try the Aveda products:

Granted, I'm not shedding as much but this made my hair soo flat. I even used their volumizing foam but alas, to no avail, my hair was still flat. It was stuck to my head. I looked horrible for a while. And what really sucks is when you live with your bf and you look like shit. Maybe it's b/c it was too heavy on my hair?

Redken was better. I still shedded a lot but it actually gave me body. I'm most likely not gonna spend a lot of money again to buy these type of products but Redken > Aveda (in my POV)
Bf and I were looking for hair products and this brand caught my eye. I mean how could it not? It's a turquoise bottle with Moroccan oil in big bold letters. YES PLEASE! I've only used this shampoo for a couple of days and so far so good. So I changed my hair regimen. I use this shampoo along with John Frieda's Volumizing Conditioner. *thumps up*

I also bought this root lift foam and already it's working wonders. So for those gals out there looking for great volumizing products, try this. John Frieda's line is pretty good. I was trying to find websites on great volumizing products but the reviews were old/products aren't sold anymore/it's expensive. Organix also sells a cherry blossom line that's supposed to volumize as well but I might just get the John Freida shampoo when I run out. Being a girl sucks ass.

I'm dying to dye my hair (har har) but it's so damn damaged that probably wouldn't be a good idea. Maybe I'll wait another month before I make the momentous decision. I can't believe I took a break from studying to do this but I'm getting tired and burnt out. I have a Biochem test next week and a Genetics quiz today. I'm not even close to being caught up w/everything. But at least I'm attempting to. So stressful. Oh, and I'm already growing hair. I think it may have been 2 weeks since I got waxed. Fucken great.
