Marietta Fish Market
Their lunch specials are really good, you get good sized portions for a decent price. I think you get a better deal for lunch, but then again, isn't that anywhere? Dinner has good sized portions as well, I had to bring mine home so I could dream about eating it the next day. I don't have pictures of their lunch portions b/c I gobbled it up last time my parents bought it home. My mom and I decided to have a "date" on Saturday, def wanna come back here again. I need to try some of the other dishes. Cocktail sauce/tartar sauce is already set at the table for your convenience, oh and they do have jalapenos on hand. You just gotta request it from your server.
I've been to a couple of restaurants that don't serve free bread as an appetizer. I HATE THOSE PLACES! Free bread should be a given, yknow? I didn't take a picture of their bread basket, but they bake their own bread. It's sweet, chewy, and a bit buttery? It comes w/land lakes butter as well but I didn't need no butta w/mine. Most of the entrees come w/soup/salad and a choice of side.
Caesar salad. I barely needed any dressing for this.
My mom kept on pouring crackers into her clam chowder. It was pretty tasty...except it had bell peppers in it? Whenever I eat bell peppers I get really rancid gas..
Seafood dip w/pita bread. Pita bread was fried so I used bread instead. I realized that I'm not attacted to fried pita bread.
My entree: it was some type of crabcakes w/rice (which was fucken orgasmic btw), broccoli, scallops, and shrimp. By the time I finished one crab cake, I was stuffed.
My mom's surf and turf combo. She barely managed to make a dent in this and took the rest home for my dad. They have an amazing dessert display as well, enchanting looking cakes. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of it but I can't wait to go back there again!
